De Sneekweek is an annual returning sailing event, which is organized by the Royal yatch club Sneek. During this week, there are sailing competitions in dfferent categories on the Sneeker lake and the Goengarijpstelpoels. Also, there are several festive activities organized in Sneek, like a boat show and carnival.
