Eneco - Klote Zon

In 2020, 20% of the European energy used in the European Union must be renewable. The Netherlands will need to invest a lot in renewable energy to be able to reach the 2020 goals. At the moment, the Netherlands is far behind: 3% of the energy consumed is renewable. In order to reach the 20%, there are a few options available. That would require, for instance, 1.2 million windmills or 58,152 square meters of solar panels. The Dutch energy company Eneco is already busy realizing the goals through the sale of solar energy.
